BricsCAD® Lite and BricsCAD® Pro
BricsCAD® V24 unveiled significant improvements to BricsCAD® Lite and BricsCADsup>® Pro, enhancing 2D design and easing the transition to 3D. This update delivers a refreshed user experience featuring an AI-guided ribbon, in-product guidance, and user feedback integration. Notable features include a new Quick Calculator for in-app mathematical calculations, an improved Quad Cursor for simplified command access, enhanced Block Geometry matching, a revamped Sheet Set Manager with multi-user access, and support for standard raster file types with size and DPI control for effortless design sharing.
BricsCAD® Pro for Civil Users
BricsCAD® Pro V24 includes a full suite of civil and survey tools, making it easier for engineers and contractors to access the benefits of BIM without the complexity. By using the civil survey toolkit, the user can now incorporate survey data in their designs. This includes a range of tools for Point Clouds, TIN Surfaces, and Contouring, which help manage the GIS workflow more efficiently.
BricsCAD® BIM
BricsCAD® BIM V24 introduces a host of new features to simplify and enrich its capabilities, offering engineers and contractors an accessible path to the advantages of BIM without the associated complexity. The 2D to 3D data exchange and scan to BIM functionality in this version of BricsCAD® BIM seamlessly facilitates the transition from 2D to 3D to BIM, empowering professionals to tackle intricate projects with ease. Collaboration is further streamlined with enhanced tools for IFC classification and data exchange across all BIM formats, including Revit® (for visualization purposes, not editing within Revit). BricsCAD® Mechanical V24 uncovers a host of 2D and mechanical design and drafting enhancements, streamlining mechanical design workflows with ease. This release enhances interoperability with various mechanical design software, simplifying the import and export of designs. The assembly process capabilities facilitate the creation of intricate assemblies, while the assembly inspection tool ensures assembly validation. Additionally, BricsCAD® Mechanical V24 empowers users to create exploded views, facilitating more effective design communication.
