All visitors of the Bricsys website have access to the knowledge base. The Bricsys knowledge base checks our database of incoming support requests. The most asked questions are transferred to the knowledge base. So, the easiest and fastest way to solve your problem is first check the knowledge base.
2. Check our forums
Registered visitors of the Bricsys website have access to our different product forums. You can find there thousands of topics that are discussed by the users and our support team. You can search our forums for the topics concerned to your problem. In many cases it provides the answer.
3. Send a request
If all that doesn't help than simply fill in the send request form, and our support team will handle your problem ASAP. Thanks to our international partner network we are able to provide the support our local users need. Our motto "Bricsys, the global provider of local support" is already copied by others, but not the level of support itself.

Support for application developers
The end-user support covers of course your development questions. As long as your development concerns only internal use and you have no intention to commercialize your developed routines or application we consider you as an end-user and give you full support.
People or companies with commercial applications can register as Application developers. They have access to the development forum and and will be supported by a dedicated development support team.
