Easy to use

CRANIMATION V3.0 Data is an easy-to -use yet powerfull software that calculates out-trigger loads and ground pressure. It is based on the use of capacity tabels in combination with load case and boom position. Calculation and capacity check are done in real time. All CRANIMATION databases use the original tabels and geometry information as provided by the respective manufacturers.

Databases

All required crane data and geometry will be embedded in your CRANIMATION V3.0 Data license and can be extended any time. For having access to the software the user needs to add minimum one crane to the CRANIMATION V3.0 Data License in order to be able to check and calculate outrigger loads and ground pressure. Entire crane fleets - when added to the database - can be compared to choose the right one for any particular job. All project files will be saved automatically at runtime and are ready to reload and being modified at any time.

Realistic view of the building site

CRANIMATION V3.0 Graphics - in combination with Bricscad V9 Pro - gives you a realsitic and correctly scaled view of the building site. According your crane selection in the CAD front-end all 3D models are directly loaded from the control panel. Cranes are moved within their measure of freedom by using the control menu.

All 3D geometry is conform with the information provided by the respective manufacturers. Cranimation allows to load a maximum of 99 cranes per building site. The latest release has new functions such as 3D-Mats generator, assemble or disassemble with the related planning of it, based on the use of capacity tabels. This planning tool with permanent cross-check of feasibility - while you work in 3D -is unique.

Multi Crane Control

MCC allows to erase, freeze or thaw a cranes layer structure in the CAD drawing just with one mouse click. This is an extremely powerful function to prepare final drawings in no time.

Obstacle Builder

The OBB 3D tool allows to create obstacle objects with a few mouse strokes and place them in the drawing. The tool provides a comprehensive library ready to use its pre-defined 3D parts, such as buildings, trailers, a kit to create tower cranes, wind power plants and much more.

Rigging Hook and Load

With the RHL tool you cancreate very complex 3D load cases. Just start with the 3D-Hook block via ropes, chaines, shackles, eyebolts, trunnions, etc. up to parts lists and then print this as a text document or insert in your drawing as a text block.The tool has a library with predefined 3D loads and a comprehensive window to insert and save self-defined loads.

Rope Equipment Creator

REC is an additional tool when more lifting accessories or different ones are available in the RHL tool: e.g. shakles, eyebolts, slings etc. The 3D- accessories you might miss, you can create easily with a few inputs. Those parts are added automatically to the respective menus in RHL.
